   Lingua Tibet Global provides professional Tibetan translation and related language services, including but not limited to:

   • Quality review and editing
   All services are subject to written confirmation via email, quotation, or service agreement.
   

3. Quotations and Acceptance
   • All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
   • A project is considered accepted upon written confirmation by the client.
   • Work will commence only after confirmation and any required advance payment.
   

4. Pricing and Payment
   • Fees are based on word count, project complexity, urgency, and subject matter.
   • Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or agreement.
   • Late payments may incur additional charges where legally permitted.
   • All bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
   

5. Confidentiality
   • Lingua Tibet Global maintains strict confidentiality of all client materials.
   • Client documents will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
   • Linguists and collaborators are bound by confidentiality obligations.
   • We may sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
   

6. Quality and Accuracy
   We strive to deliver accurate and culturally appropriate Tibetan translation services. However:
   • Clients are responsible for reviewing final deliverables.
   • The Company is not liable for losses arising from misuse, misinterpretation, or alterations of translated materials after delivery.
   • Any claims regarding quality must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
   

7. Revisions
   • Reasonable revision requests related to the original scope of work will be addressed free of charge.
   • Revisions involving changes to the original content or scope may incur additional fees.
   

8. Intellectual Property
   • Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the delivered materials.
   • The Company retains the right to use non-confidential project references for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
   • Source materials remain the property of the client.
   

9. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law:
   • Lingua Tibet Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
   

10. Website Use
    Users agree not to:
    • Use the website for unlawful purposes
    • Attempt to disrupt website functionality
    • Misrepresent identity or submit fraudulent information
    We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.
    

11. Data Protection
